These Terms and Conditions apply to the Insight Hounds Online Membership Hub. By joining the membership, you agree to the terms set out below.

About Insight Hounds

Insight Hounds is run by Clare Ware and provides sighthound-specific training, education, and support. All training is reward-based and focused on building understanding, confidence, and connection.

The Online Membership Hub

The Online Membership Hub provides ongoing access to training and educational content, which may include:

  • Written resources and guidance

  • Training videos

  • Recorded or live workshops and Q&A sessions

  • Community discussion spaces

  • Additional resources added over time

The membership is designed to support learning and understanding. It does not replace one-to-one behaviour work or veterinary care where these are required.

Who the Membership Is For

The Membership Hub is designed for people living with sighthounds, including greyhounds, whippets, lurchers, salukis, longdogs, and similar breeds.

It is suitable for those who enjoy learning, reflecting, and building skills over time. It is not intended for urgent or crisis behaviour situations.

Not Behaviour Modification or Veterinary Advice

The Membership Hub does not provide:

  • One-to-one behaviour modification

  • Emergency behavioural support

  • Veterinary or medical advice

If your dog is experiencing significant behavioural distress, fear, aggression, or health concerns, you should seek support from a qualified clinical canine behaviourist and or your veterinary practice.

Access and Use

  • Membership access is for personal use only.

  • Access must not be shared outside your household unless agreed in writing.

  • Login details must be kept secure.

  • Content must not be copied, downloaded, recorded, or shared without written permission.

Insight Hounds reserves the right to suspend or remove access where misuse is identified.

Payments and Billing

  • Membership is billed on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Payment is taken automatically each month on the same date.

  • Prices are clearly shown at the point of sign-up.

  • You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting Clare at clare@insighthounds.co.uk

If you cancel, access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided.

If you cancel and later rejoin, the membership may be offered at a higher rate.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Content Updates and Availability

Content within the Membership Hub will evolve over time. Resources may be added, updated, or occasionally removed to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Insight Hounds does not guarantee a fixed schedule of content unless explicitly stated.

Recording and Use of Sessions

Live sessions, workshops, Q&As, and group discussions within the Online Membership Hub may be recorded.

Recordings are made for training and educational purposes and may be:

  • Added to the Membership Hub

  • Used as part of future Insight Hounds workshops, courses, or educational resources

Recordings will only be used within Insight Hounds services and will not be shared publicly or with third parties.

By taking part in live sessions, you acknowledge that:

  • Sessions may be recorded

  • Your voice, questions, or contributions may be included

  • Recordings may be reused for Insight Hounds educational content

If you prefer not to be included in recordings, you are welcome to:

  • Keep your camera turned off

  • Use the chat function where available

  • Contact Clare in advance to discuss options

Members must not record, download, screenshot, or share live sessions or Membership Hub content without permission.

Insight Hounds will not use identifiable member content from recordings for marketing or promotional purposes without separate consent.

Live Sessions and Q&As

Where live sessions or Q&As are included:

  • Dates and times will be shared in advance where possible

  • Sessions may be recorded and made available to members

  • Attendance is not guaranteed

  • No refunds are offered for missed sessions

Questions may be answered in a general way rather than individually.

Community Guidelines

The Membership Hub is intended to be a welcoming, supportive space.

Members agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind to others

  • Avoid judgement or criticism of other people or dogs

  • Not promote aversive training methods

  • Respect confidentiality within the community

Insight Hounds reserves the right to remove content or revoke access where behaviour does not align with these values.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Your dog’s welfare and safety

  • Choosing when and how to apply training

  • Working within your dog’s emotional and physical limits

Training outcomes vary between dogs and cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Insight Hounds is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Membership Hub

  • Outcomes resulting from the application of training guidance

  • Technical issues outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is handled in line with UK GDPR.

Email addresses may be used to share membership updates and relevant information. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Changes to These Terms

Insight Hounds may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
